Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your item. You have a further 14 calendar days to dispatch your return to us. This aligns with your statutory right to cancel under UK distance selling regulations.

To be eligible, items must be:

• In original condition. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing components that affect resale value.
• Returned in their original condition, with all tags fully attached and unaltered. This includes original packaging and any accessories provided. We reserve the right to deduct for diminished value if tags have been removed or tampered with.
